She has successfully guided organizations through periods of rapid scale, M&A, and operational transformation – consistently maintaining 95%+ GRR and industry-leading NRR. Prior to Fastr, Andrea was a member of the executive team at Paytronix, contributing to the company’s successful exit in 2024. She has built and scaled global customer teams, launched packaged services and premium support offerings, pioneered AI-driven customer automation, and designed delivery frameworks that accelerate time-to-value while improving customer satisfaction.
